I'm having a reoccuring problem with a friend..She can't seem to keep a promise and in the past when I confronted her she said she would try to get better about this.but unfortunately that isn't the case. I haven't been unreasonable I've given her options for various circumstance but it appears that no matter how hard I try to help her so shw won't she tries harder to break the promise.
